What is the total delivery time for my order?
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, Qwik-Ship Service time and Transit Time.

What is Qwik-Ship Service(sm)?

Qwik-Ship Service(sm) embodies our business philosophy:
To Ship 99% of all orders the same or next day.

Qwik-Ship Service represents the time from when you submit your order to when the shipment leaves our warehouse. All orders for in-stock items are immediately processed upon customer submission and payment method verification. Orders processed and approved by our credit department before 4:00pm CST are normally shipped the same business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders processed and approved by our credit department after 4:00pm CST may not be shipped until the next business day. Orders with out of stock items may be delayed 1-2 business days. If a longer delay is expected, notification will be made to you with your available options for processing your order.

Transit Time is the period from when the order leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your door. Because Qwik-Ship Service gets your order out for delivery fast, most orders for in-stock items use economical Ground Shipping.


Blacklight.com also offers three Express Shipping options, by request, for in-stock items within the U.S.:
Three Day Shipping, Second Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping. UPS also offers Saturday Pick-up and Delivery options for express shipments.

Which Shipping Carriers Are Used?
To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, Blacklight.com partners with shipping industry leaders UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which specific carrier was used for your order. Both UPS (for packages over 2 pounds) and the USPS (for packages under 2 pounds) are utilized for Ground shipping. Orders requested to ship with Three Day Shipping, Second Day Shipping, or Next Day Shipping will be shipped by UPS. Please note that UPS requires a street address for delivery.

How are my shipping costs determined?

Order $199 or more worth of merchandise and receive
Free Standard Shipping within the continental USA! Free Standard Shipping will be reflected immediately in your shopping cart and during checkout. The shipping methods used for free standard shipping include UPS Ground service, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail service as determined by Blacklight.com (based on weight and size of package).

† Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, any US Territories or other International Destinations, PO Boxes, APO/FPO address and Express Shipping are not included in this offer but
will qualify for discounted shipping rates. This offer can be combined with any valid eCoupon during checkout for additional savings. Not valid on prior orders, volume or special pricing, or wholesale orders.

Orders under $199
We work extremely hard to provide you with the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping cost for most orders is based on the order’s size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. We calculate the shipping cost with the Ground Shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to the same address. To view the shipping cost for your entire order, simply place your item(s) in your cart. You may delete items from your cart at any time. You'll see the shipping cost associated with your order when Viewing Your Cart and again during Checkout.


Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, any US Territories or other International Destinations, PO Boxes and APO/FPO address may be subject to additional charges and you will be notified prior to shipment if this applies.

If you require a shipping method other than Ground or wish to ship to multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. Please call 1-866-316-7311 to request a quote for these options.

Do you ship Internationally?

Blacklight.com ships worldwide via USPS Airmail or UPS International Services to several popular International Country Destinations. Please change the default country of "United States" to your country when checking out. Canadian customers can choose their abbreviated Province in the State/Province field.

With orders where the shipping address is outside of the continental US, shipping costs based on available levels of service will be calculated and emailed to you for your approval prior to the shipment of your order. Please note International Orders require a physical street address. Complete the online ordering process using the fields provided as appropriate for your delivery address. International orders over $199 will reflect a credit of $20 in the quotation emailed to you since we are unable to offer Free Shipping on orders over $199 for international orders.

Our normal method of communication with International Customers will occur via e-mail, so it is very important that your e-mail address submitted at checkout is current. On some occasions we will contact our International Customers via telephone if there are any order or address questions.

Please note that any applicable duties and taxes would be in addition to the shipping cost provided.

Import, Brokerage, and Duty Charges

International shipments may be subject to import and duty charges. We can not quote these charges because they vary by the importing country. Charges generally occur once the order reaches the designated country and are secured and payable directly to the shipping carrier and/or agent by the customer. If you need an estimate of import charges, please check with customs officials within your country.

Blacklight.com is required to provide a commercial invoice for all International Orders and we can not reduce the value of items or mark "gift" on an invoice so you can avoid import charges. Doing so is illegal and puts us at significant risk.

The shipping time for international orders usually takes 3 to 20 business days depending on the country destination and service selected. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or holidays.

Blacklight.com reserves the right to reject any suspicious International order placed and cannot accept a package (or have a package returned to the United States) that is held in customs. Blacklight.com is not responsible for packages confiscated by customs. Please check with your local customs office to ensure the items you plan to order may be legally imported.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Blacklight.com proudly ships most items Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service to APO/FPO Destinations.

Most items are shipped with no addtional charges; however, with orders where items may be larger or heavier than normal, shipping costs based on available levels of service will be calculated and emailed to you for your approval prior to the shipment of your order. Our normal method of communication with Military Customers will occur via e-mail, so it is very important that your e-mail address submitted at checkout is current. Please complete the online ordering process using the fields provided as appropriate for your military address. APO/FPO orders over $199 may reflect a credit of $20 in the quotation emailed to you since we are unable to offer Free Shipping on orders over $199 for some APO/FPO orders.

The shipping time for military orders can take up to 30 business days depending on the APO/FPO destination and size of package. Most are delivered in the same time you would recieve your normal mail.

APO and FPO Shipping Address Instructions:

In the "Address 1" field for Army, Navy and Marines enter Unit Number and Box Number; for Ships enter Ship Name and Hull Number; for Air Force enter PSC Number and Box Number.

In the "Address Line 2" you can enter optional military command or organization.

In the "City" field enter APO or FPO.

On the "State" line, select one of the following:
AE - Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada
AA - Armed Forces Americas
AP - Armed Forces Pacific

On the "ZIP Code" line, enter the 5-digit ZIP code for the military unit.

On the "Country" line, use the default choice of United States.
